Our homes

The first homes are being taken on now

We would rather show you nothing than show you someone else's photographs. This page fills up as our first owners come on, and every home here will be one we actually look after.

What we look for

The kind of home that does well here

Room for a family

Three bedrooms and up earn disproportionately on this island, and there are far fewer of them than there are one and two bedroom condos.

A house that shows well

Guests book on photographs. A home with good light, a porch or a yard and a coherent look will outperform a bigger house that photographs badly.

Rentable where it stands

Zoning, permits and association covenants decide this before anything else does. We check before we promise you anything.

The standard we hold

Inspected after every stay

Not spot checked. Every stay, every time, by someone who works for us.

Cleaned by our own team

Selected, trained and managed by us. Consistency is the whole game and it does not survive being subcontracted out.

Reviewed every month

We read what guests actually wrote about your house and change something because of it. That is how a listing climbs rather than drifts.

If your home is on Amelia Island and you think it belongs here, tell us about it.
